羽毛リフォーム生地（側地）見本
羽毛リフォーム、柔らか＃60サテン生地、新柄のご紹介です。
写真はダブルからシングルにリフォームさせていただきました。
羽毛洗浄後1.6kg採取できましたので、シングル仕立てではタップリの羽毛ふとんとなりました。
羽毛布団は1.4kg〜1.5kgの入れ目が常識だったのに、最近は、羽毛商品のコストダウンの為、1.1kg〜1.2kgの入れ目での販売が多く見られます。
1.1kgって、嵩だかが優れる、最高級のダウン99%くらいならまだしも、ダウン80％以下の
ゴールドラベル以下のクラスで1.1kgとか1.2kgというのは、合掛としての範疇でしょう。
しかも、側をポリ混にすることで通気性が劣るが故に、嵩だかがあるように感じる、最低の羽毛布団が横行しているようですね。
羽毛原料や生地原料のコストはかなりUPしていますが、最終製品の価格は抑えなければならず、いろんな手法が取られているようですので、皆さんには見極めていただきたいと考えます。
